Largo Jail Bookings: Aug. 19-25

The following report shows charges associated with Largo residents booked at Pinellas County Jail between Aug. 19-25. All felony arrests were made by the Largo Police Department unless noted otherwise. 

Being arrested on charges does not mean a person has been convicted of the crime.

Aug. 19

Nancy Lanners Rebman, 54, of Largo, was arrested and charged with battery of a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest without violence (obstruction). She is in jail awaiting trial on $5,150 bond.

Aug. 20

Joseph Michael Anchors, 33, of Pinellas Park, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on $2,150 bond.

Joshua Bowman, 21, of St. Petersburg, was arrested and charged with interference of child custody and obstructing or resisting an officer without violence. He was released on $1,150 bond.

Parker William Forbes, 29, of Largo, was arrested and charged with domestic battery. He was released on $5,000 bond.

Gregary Raymond Gardiner, 32, of Pinellas Park, was arrested and charged with felon in possession of a firearm, carrying a concealed weapon/electric weapon, possession of cocaine, trespassing in a structure after warning, felon in possession of ammunition, carrying a concealed firearm, possession of marijuana, armed home invasion robbery, armed burglary, dealing in stolen property, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and indirect criminal contempt. He is in jail awaiting trial on remand and $403,000 bond.

Coralee Maryann Jones, 21, of St. Petersburg, was arrested and charged with failure to appear. She is in jail awaiting trial on $50,013 bond.

John G. Kohn, 38, of Clearwater, was arrested and charged with tampering with a witness and domestic battery by strangulation. He is in jail awaiting trial on $20,000 bond.

Annette Evelyn Laforced, 56, of Largo, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance, driving while license is suspended or revoked and obstruction of justice. She was released on $3,150 bond.

Deshawna Lashae Mansfield, 25, of Clearwater, was arrested and charged with child neglect. She was released on $2,000 bond.

Kriston R. Nicholson, 45, of Largo, was arrested and charged with two counts of withholding information to obtain a prescription. She was released on $10,000 bond.

Sarah Eileen Pinnell, 23, of St. Petersburg, was arrested and charged with possession of alprazolam and retail theft. She was released on $2,150 bond.

Darren Banks Tillett, 28, of Clearwater, was arrested and charged with aggravated child abuse. He was released on $50,000 bond.

Aug. 22

Valerie Lee Palasota, 39, of Largo, was arrested and charged with petit theft. She was released on $2,000 bond.

Viktor Stefan Struzinski, 18, of Clearwater, was arrested and charged with possession of weapon on school property. He is in jail awaiting trial on $5,000 bond.

Dawn Louise Tartaglia, 40, of Largo, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest without violence and intercept wire/oral communications. She was released on $5,150 bond.

Desmond Reshard Williams, 28, of St. Petersburg, was arrested and charged with armed burglary and grand theft firearm. He is in jail awaiting trial on $55,000 bond.

Aug. 23

Bradley Scott Kincaid, 20, of Tampa, was arrested and charged with robbery by sudden snatching and violation of probation. He is in jail awaiting trial on $5,000 bond.

Erik Pittman, 30, of Clearwater, was arrested and charged with two counts of sale or delivery of crack cocaine and two counts of possession of crack cocaine. He is in jail awaiting trial on $14,000 bond.

Aug. 24

Jean M. Bizimungu, 21, of Clearwater, was arrested and charged with grand theft of a motor vehicle. He was released on his own recognizance. 

Richard Edward Blasioli, 66, of Largo, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence crash injury, leaving the scene of a crash involving injury and refusing to sign traffic citation. He was released on $10,250 bond.

Elvis Castillo, 28, of Clifton, NJ, was arrested and charged with resisting an officer without violence (obstruction) and uttering forged bills, checks, drafts and notes. He was released on $2,150 bond.

Andrew Todd Karl, 27, of Largo, was arrested and charged with criminal mischief and throwing a deadly missile at/within/into a building. He is in jail awaiting trial on $10,250 bond.

Melanie Langford, 50, of Largo, was arrested and charged with grand theft (fail to return rental merchandise). She is in jail awaiting trial on $2,500 bond.
