Two things:
1) The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office released that information. If they thought it was a security issue to give out that information in a press release, they would not have done so.
2) It's a piece of evidence to help find the man. Perhaps a coin dealer reads this article and as a result, helps finds the man?

This is news for a number of reasons. One is that it is believed to be the highest code enforcement fine paid in the city's history. Two, had this gone to collections, or further, legal proceedings, it would have cost the city money, i.e. tax dollars.

That's not the Bucs; it's an NFL issue, both preseason ticket prices and blackouts. The culprit is the NFL. Blackout policies are set by the league. To my knowledge, every NFL team charges the same prices for preseason tickets as they do regular season, all with the rubber stamp of the NFL offices on Park Ave.
