ReplyI have seen bridges with water level indicator lights on and fish hanging out at night because the bugs and frogs like the lights even more and so the fish are after them.

ReplyI wish they would stop pumping so much wasted money into this center. There are plenty of other more important things to use our money for than upgrading lights right now. I am so glad Holmes is on the board. He seems to be the only one trying to put the brakes on so much frivolous spending.

ReplyThese cyclists are supposed to be walking their bike across any road not riding it. It looks like the cyclist did not have the 'walk' signal and encroached into oncoming traffic so he didn't have to wait. I see this on Ulmerton Road sometimes when I drive to work each day. It's hard enough to watch cars let alone a pedestrian or cyclist too. Very dangerous road to be on. Glad the rider was not killed.

ReplySuper Walmart moving in will hopefully bring some life to this area and will help keep prices down around it as well. I went into the Publix that used to be there one time and it was a very disgusting and dirty store. Very surprised by it. Just by the small Aldi moving in it made Walmart lower prices a little.

ReplyMan they sure spend a lot of our money on that place. Seems like at least once a month they are pouring more money in while a lot of streets have no sidewalks, pavement is terrible in a lot of spots, and more important things for safety need to be done first.

ReplyIt was quite a scene at the tallest building around this morning. Glad no one was hurt. Largo doesn't get much action anyway.

ReplyIt'll be nice to finally see that huge desolate piece of property being used. I hate to think of the traffic in that area now though.

The area will be even more congested when this is built near my house, great.
