A Largo man faces 16 counts of possessing child pornography, police said Tuesday. Largo Police said it received a "cyber tip" last month generated by the National Center for Missing Exploited Children that the man was in possession of child porn. David Scott Stuart, 27, who resides in the 1100 block of Melody Lane, was arrested Tuesday following a joint investigation by Largo Police and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, officials said. Stuart was being held in Pinellas County Jail on $5,000 bond Tuesday night and awaiting trial.
