The Largo City Commission voted unanimously on Tuesday to approve a development agreement for the Seminole Boulevard RV park, paving the way for an apartment complex to be built on the site. More than a dozen residents met outside City Hall before the decision to plead for their homes to be saved. George Petrilyak put his music career aside to raise his family. Now, with his son graduating, he’s hoping to resurrect his career. The casual seafood restaurant on Missouri Avenue is scheduled to open sometime in early May. David Scott Stuart, 27, was arrested and charged with 15 counts of child pornography, according to Largo Police. While construction on Phase 2 of the project will be completed in early May, the city still needs time to get the facility ready for the public. Female employees were subjected to "egregious sexual harassment on a daily basis," according to the lawsuit.
