Thanksgiving Eve is one of the five busiest days of the year for pizza sales, according to Market Watch.
While pumpkin or apple may be the pie of choice on Thanksgiving, the Wednesday night before the holiday may find "pies" with pepperoni, sausage and cheese on many Largo tables. While preparing for the lavish Thanksgiving feast with turkey and all the fixings, the last thing many cooks want to do is cook another meal for Wednesday's Thanksgiving Eve supper. Want to feel like you're in your grandma's kitchen, while you grab a quick lunch? Heavy hints of chocolate, apple and cinnamon waft through the air at Toucan's Coffee House and the Pie Factory. The small, cheery dining room has bright, decorative toucans on the tables and hanging from the ceiling. For $5, you could choose from several crustless quiches with a salad or soup.
