Largo Police think they've found the culprit behind an armed robbery at a local PNC bank in June, according to Largo Police spokesman Lt. Mike Loux. Wesley Andrew Fox, 27, is charged by Largo Police with kidnapping, leaving the scene of a crash with property damage, robbery with deadly weapon or firearm, and driving while license was suspended or revoked, according to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office online charge report. Fox was charged by Clearwater Police with two counts of armed bank robbery and kidnapping in connection with armed robberies at the PNC Bank at 2498 Gulf to Bay Blvd. on May 26 and the PNC Bank at 2575 Countryside Blvd. on June 19.
