A 19-year-old Largo man was killed when his motorcycle struck a car Wednesday night at Seminole Boulevard and Walsingham Road, the Florida Highway Patrol reports. The former owner of the puppy who was found with a rubber band around its muzzle in December 2011 has been convicted of animal cruelty, according to reports. Move it back to its original location. Hire a crossing guard or cop to allow pedestrian traffic a walk way from the parking lots and shops on the North side of West Bay to the South side of West Bay Drive. Post signage up and down West Bay drive about the open air market a week or so in advance to allow people to put it in their weekend plans. Allow other business's on West Bay Drive to place … more ›
