Ground breaking ceremony at the Highland Rec Complex, a city commission meeting, and bring an umbrella!

1. The official ground breaking ceremony for the new Highland Recreation Complex will take place on the property grounds at 5:00pm. City government officials as well as Parks and Recreation staff will be on hand to take part in the ceremony, which marks the beginning of the construction phase of the new 40,000-sq. ft. facility.
