You can make a difference in the lives of troops serving overseas by donating an old or unused cell phone. AT&T and Cell Phones for Soldiers use the proceeds from recycling unused cell phones to send free prepaid phone cards to U.S. troops serving overseas. You can donate any cell phone from any carrier. To help, drop off old or unused cell phones and accessories at any AT&T company-owned store in the Tampa Bay area.  Drop-offs can be made at the AT&T store in Largo Mall, 10500 Ulmerton Road, #610.
