As new businesses open up shop near the busy commercial intersection of Seminole Boulevard and Ulmerton, others move to more affordable locations to keep their doors open. Soon a McDonald's and Yogurtland will open new locations near Largo Mall. A McDonald’s is under construction at the corner of Seminole Boulevard and Lark Drive, just across Largo Mall on Seminole Boulevard. Cky Ready, the city’s program planner in charge of development review, said plans for a new McDonald’s restaurant were approved in June.
