And with its arrival only mere days away, Tampa Bay is abuzz with people talking about the potential savings stores big and small have to offer. Some people create their own Black Friday “game plans” on what stores to hit and when after they've poured over the announced bargains various retailers have to offer. There are those so keen on saving they set alarms to wake them up in the wee hours of the night. That fabled day after Thanksgiving is one of the biggest sales days of the year for many stores – both national, big box chains and local retailers. Target Stores Announce Black Friday Hours, Deals

The stores will open earlier this year for Black Friday shoppers.

Target will be pulling an all-nighter come Black Friday Eve. The store announced this week that they will open at 9 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 22 with select Black Friday savings. The store will begin offering additional Doorbuster sales at 4 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 23. In Largo, that means you can head over to our Target at the Largo Mall right after you finish off that Thanksgiving dessert. "We heard from our guests that they look forward to kicking off their holiday shopping with deal-hunting on Thanksgiving night," said Kathee Tesija, Target's executive vice president for merchandising in an announcement.
