At Patch, we don’t take shortcuts. That’s why we hire professional
editors and contributors in each of our towns and personally visit
every business in our Directory at least once a year.
Despite our best efforts, sometimes a personal visit is not possible
— a business might be run out of a home or the owner may be too busy.
In this case, we list the business on Patch with as much information as
we have. And because we believe in full disclosure, we include our
verification disclaimer.
We are always looking for feedback on our listings and the verification
process, so if you see incorrect information or have an opinion, please
send us your thoughts. If you are the owner or manager of a business or
organization, you can claim a listing and help determine what
information is displayed on Patch.
They perform services that you never authorized, they they cross out what was authorized to change it to what they want to be paid for - send it to insurance and then when insurance will not pay for all of it (mind you, you are unconsious so whether or not they really did perform it is their word against yours) - then after repeatedly (and I am talking like 10 times), giving them the right code to bill the insurance company, they send you a letter that you are going to collections and Lord forbid that you call and are upset and indicate so on their voicemail - apparently they think all their patients are terrorists lying in wait because they Call The Police Department who then calls you to state you can't call them anymore............or you could be arrested.........mind you the police must think you are an idiot because seeing they have not taken out a restraining order against you and after a year, definitely do not know what you look like, you could walk right in and pretend you were waiting for someone..........they are the stupidest, rudist group (and there is only 4 of them), you will ever want to meet..........go to to the place behind them.......these people deserve NO MONEY! After they send you to collections and file dispute with collections, they send to the collections department only the crossed out paperwork saying what was done, not the doctors statement stating that he performed only one procedure , not the two they are billing for you........
