Linda Chaney, We appreciate all accurate reviews and we will respond to all inaccurate ones. We allow everyone to reschedule their appointments. We allowed you to move your appointment 30 minutes later, but were told that you would have to show up on time in order to receive your service. You were called the night before to confirm your appointment and again the morning of your appointment. You did not call back to confirm either time. We called again two hours before your appointment to confirm and you said you would be there. You called at an additional 30 minutes late saying you were lost and were told then that you would not be able to be serviced. When you showed up a total of 1 hour and 5 minutes late, you were told again that you could not receive your service and would need to reschedule. You refused to reschedule and demanded a refund. You were so happy with your previous service that you prepaid for your next service, so we are far from "mediocre". As far as "service" we allowed you to schedule your appointment 30 minutes later than the last appointment for that service. When you were unable to keep your appointment, you did not have the courtesy to call and let us know you were running late or to reschedule. Showing up late and demanding service or a refund blaming traffic and stating "If I see one more Canadian license plate I'll have to shoot someone" is not what I expect from a Senior Vice President of a local marketing company.
