I was told I was an ideal candidate for laser hair removal. On 6/22/12 I arrived for my first session. Afterwards my bikini area just felt a little tender. The following night my inner thighs felt extremely tender. When I took off my jeans I noticed a blood red circular burnon my inner right thigh. My inner left thigh had three smaller red circular burns. The top layer of my skin was completely gone! On 6/25/12 I called the office & told the nurse what happened. She was surprised & advised Nicole wasn't available & she would call me back. I received a follow up call on Tuesday. They wanted me to come into the office however the weather was really bad so I told them the burns were better. On 7/3/12 I called the office and said I was dissatisfied with the service, was not going to continue the hair removal & would like a refund. I was asked to come in so they could see the burns. On 7/5/12 I went into the office. They had the nerve to tell me that the marks didn't look so bad. They said the instrument used is rectangular so my burn wounds would be rectangular instead of round. They refused to issue a refund because they provided a service. I guess the burns were complimentary. Beware!!!
