HORRIBLE. RIPPED OFF. DO NOT SELL THEM YOUR GOLD!
I was given $325 @1:30PM for my gold and silver jewlery today. Well, when I got home, the $325 they gave me just didnt seem correct for what it weighted. Something seemed off. I called the store- I asked if he could tell me how much he gave me for my gold, and for the silver broken down. Ryan said "I cant break it down, it was a deal"-- shop around for gold quotes and he'll match it or come close to it and issue the diffence or give me back my jewlery so I could go to the other store who is paying way more. He said to come down and well fix it. I arrived back at the store @3pm. He said he would give me back my jewlery if I had the check he gave me just 2 hours ago becaue "i cant give you the difference or meet the price" like he just said on the phone. I said I did have the check and since he cant give me the difference or meet their price, I'd like my jewlery back and go to the other store. He told me to leave the store and he wasnt going to give me my jewlery back. He then told me "WHY WOULD YOU GO BY WHAT I JUST TOLD YOU...I'M NOT THE OWNER/MANAGER"! $$ given doesnt add up-he said he would give me $180 for my gold (total for 10k and 14k) plus $65 for my daughters 2 gold rings.After he gave me those two numbers, I had found a ring I thought was silver--was 14k gold. he said he would give me $100 for that ring plus the other gold. 180+65+100=$345 PLUS the $65 for my silver he quoted me. Doent add up..now does it.
