Poor follow through once company paid by private insurance for product. Advice~ do not accept product if it is not correct or does not fit properly (even if they promise to correct)...for example if seating is incorrect on a wheelchair. I am now waiting 6 months for correct seating on at $15,000 wheelchair. Customer service has not followed through to make this correct in a timely manner. My feeling is with Custom Mobility is they were Paid in Full and I am the problem. No one is seeking to make this customer happy. The person who suffers is my daughter who has cerebral Palsy, severe scoliosis and she continues to sit in her old seating with a standard back cushion. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. Cannot get adequate answers. Still waiting.
