I have been coming to this park for several years in my travel trailer and it is kept up very nicely. My friend owns a mobile in this park and is quite satisfied with the park. Hank and Phyllis are Christian managers who treat everyone with respect. I was glad to see that the people who reviewed it on here are not at the park anymore. Wonder what they will do with the time on their hands now. Probably will be filing false accusations against the place they are living now!

Does it list a "Club House" on the property? What a joke!! It is a small room with chairs piled up against the wall and isnt big enough to hold more than 5 or 6 people. The park is very poorly maintained and very few residents keep their places clean inside or out. Rats have been seen all over the property and even inside when people come to look at empty mobile homes. Unfortunately many of the residents do not have much and couldnt afford to live anyplace else. The owner doesnt care about the residents he owns several parks and turns everything over to his "managers" Hank and Phyllis. Best solution would be to run a bull dozer through that mobile park and sell the property to someone else.

I agree with Douglas, June is a filthy mouth crazy old canadian woman that needs to stay in her house and keep her mouth shut. Hank and Phylis are as bad if not worse than that old canuck, they tell everyone everybodys busines wether it's true or not. Hank is a Vodka drunk and needs to cut the grass here instead of down the street, he has time to work for the neighbors but no time to do his job. Phylis needs to stay in the house and keep her mouth shut. They have alienated everyone with that over bearing mouth. People in this place are tired of the rumors from these three. That 55 year old thing is a lie. Yes, WELCOME TO THE TRAILER TRASH PARK.

Beware of nosy neighbors writing down your visitors liscense plate numbers and accusing disabled, terminal patients of being drug addicts. When people of this small community do not know what you are doing they make up what they do not know, one such induvidual that does this is not even a citizen of the united states and is from canada. One of the victims of being accused of being a drug dealer is a 5 time heart attack survivor whos mother left money for the care of her sons, also their grandfather owned the Royal china factory. and on the other side of the family is regalware, so when there stock goes up these 2 individuals make a little money, if the company has a bad month they get very little money. I have a problem when this indavidual writes down the liscense plate numbers of the cars that go to this particular house especially to go out of the way in doing so, these people do not own a car and have 4 friends and the same 4 cars have been going to this house for years. If you like untrue rumors spread about you then this is the community for you luckily this sociopath is going back to canada and the regular rumars can continue to fly. Welcome to the trailer park
