In attempting to return a hair piece which was not used and purchased withing the last 30 day, I was told that it was forbidden by FEDERAL LAW to return any wig.
I have visited a few sites and cannot seem to find that law and additionally, my hair dresser informed me that there is no such law.
So...on the basis of those statements I would advise anyone to purchase their wig at another place.
Being a breast cancer patient was hard enough, and to see those pink ribbons all over Abby's shop made me mad...at the thought that she could not take this thoroughly unusable product back...even in exchange.
Being bald is preferable to shopping at Abby's.
It is posted that wigs are not returnable, they never pressure you and they want you to be sure before you buy it. Everyone at Abby's is wonderful. I ended up with a fried perm and I really needed help. My daughter and I had a wonderful time at Abby's, and I love my new look, it is fantastic! I went back the day after I bought my (new attitude ) because I was not sure I was doing something right when I was putting it on. They took the time to show me (again) what I needed to do, which was an easy fix, plus they gave me some really neat tricks to make it even better!!! I did not think my wig could look any better, but it did!!! I work at a school and everyone loved my new look, the kids loved my new haircut! I should have done this so long ago!!!
