SKATE PARK GRAND OPENING
The Bayhead ActionPark opens officially Saturday at 11 a.m. The ribbon cutting ceremony will include skate and bike demonstrations and giveaways.
The new lighted park offers a mini-ramp, 7-foot empty pool
and a street section with rails, steps and grind box.

Adopt a pit bull for $5 during Pinellas County Animal Services’ Pittie-Party. Pit bull and pit mix adoptions are $5 during a special promotion Saturday from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. This month other adoptable dogs and cats are available for a reduced adoption fee of $25.
