Los Angeles, Calif. – A woman is suing Playboy Enterprises and a co-host of The Playboy Morning Show, saying she was hurt when he allegedly struck her in the buttocks with a golf club while swinging at a ball on a tee held by her butt cheeks.
Elizabeth Dickson filed the complaint in Los Angeles Superior Court, alleging battery and negligence. She seeks unspecified damages.
A Playboy representative could not be immediately reached.
According to the complaint, Dickson, a model, was invited to the Playboy Golf Finals at the Industry Hills Golf Club on March 30, 2012, where she was to help Playboy Playmates host the event.
Dickson agreed to have a photo taken of her lying on her stomach "with her buttocks partially exposed" while Kevin Klein, co-host of Playboy's radio show, stood poised to hit a golf ball put atop a tee that was inserted between the cheeks of her buttocks, the suit says.
However, Klein unexpectedly swung the club and "struck plaintiff on the buttocks, causing her injuries and damages," the suit states.
Dickson will suffer pain, suffering, worrying and anxiety as a result of her injuries, the suit states.
