Students Practice Fire Training Skills

Real world curriculum is part of the school day for First Responder students.

sophomores in the school's First Responders magnet program received hands-on fire training at St. Petersburg College in Clearwater recently.

The students practiced topics they have studied all school year including incident management, search and rescue, firefighting and logistics.

The program prepares students for employment or post-secondary education opportunities in public safety careers.

As usual government lied to us. They said if we switch over to reclaimed we will have water for…Read More lawns whenever we wanted!!!!! NOT!!! Plus they didin't tell us that we would probably have to replace all valves in sprinkler system shortly after because this water isn't as clean and destroys them. You then have to put in different ones to accommodate the grit etc in the water. Same with the heads those little screens get clogged a lot more and need service more. So much for SAViNG $$$$$$ NOT
