Plans for 342-Unit Apartment Complex at Largo Crossroads Move Forward
The City of Largo issued a development order recently for a planned apartment complex near US 19 and Roosevelt Boulevard.
Largo approved plans recently for the Pollack Shore Real Estate Group to begin construction for a 342-unit apartment complex near US 19 and Roosevelt Boulevard.
The developer plans to start building the market rate apartment complex soon. The construction should be complete within 14 months, according to Largo Principal Planner, Jesus Niño.
The new apartment complex is part of the overall development plan at the Crossroads site, which includes a proposed new Walmart and a planned bus transfer station.
