Dying at the hands of an impaired driver is WAY creepier,Maureen. My brother's life ended that way, just like Jack Schaffer's ended.

I still believe in our constitutional rights. Be my guest, stop anyone that is driving erratically or displaying some form of inappropriate behavior. This procedure seems to me to be the lazy cop way and I don't understand how it is constitutional to set up posts and stop people for no reason.
