David Andrew Bradenbaugh was arrested and charged with aggravated battery on a pregnant female.

A pregnant woman jumped from a car being driven by a Tampa man. Authorities say he forcibly put her back in the vehicle, leading to aggravated battery charges.

A woman six months pregnant jumped out of a moving vehicle driven by David Andrew Bradenbaugh, 49, of Tampa, around 5:17 p.m. Aug. 3, according to Largo Police.

Bradenbaugh then stopped the vehicle and forcefully grabbed the woman, who is not being identified because of the nature of the incident, and put her into the passenger side of the vehicle, authorities said.

He drove away but stopped shortly after and the victim got out of the vehicle again and walked away, according to police.

Bradenbaugh admitted that he knew she is pregnant, police said.

He was arrested and charged with aggravated battery on a pregnant female. He was released on his own recognizance.
