Police: Man Wearing Only a Shirt Chased Women Through Largo Parking Lot

A man was arrested on the charge of lewd and lascivious exhibition.

A man was accused of running around a Largo parking lot Wednesday, wearing only a red shirt and no pants, police report.

Larry Raynold McManning, 57, was arrested on the charge of lewd and lascivious exhibition.

According to the arrest affidavit, "the defendant was undressing and chasing women through the parking lot, which alerted the attention of several bystanders. A mother and her two small children were walking through the parking lot when the defendant was only wearing a red (shirt) and no pants."

Next McManning reportedly pulled up his shirt several times and allegedly grabbed his genitals in plain view of the children, according to the affidavit.

A witness gave police the license tag number and a description of the van the defendant was in, which helped police identify McManning, police report.

McManning was released from Pinellas County Jail on Dec. 13, on a bond of $10,000.

The location of the Largo parking lot was not released.
