Police Blotter: Sept. 6-13

The following people were arrested for felonies from Sept. 6-13. The reports are based on records collected from the Largo Police Department and the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office.

Sept. 6

Mark Anthony Brienza, 46, of Dunedin, was arrested on the charges of petit theft, disorderly conduct, VOP possession of cocaine, battery of a law enforcement officer, and resisting an officer with violence. Bond was set at $10,400.

Torian Q. Cherry, 27, of St. Petersburg, was arrested on the charge of criminal mischief. He was released on Sept. 7.

Nathaniel Lamont Dance, 42, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of battery. Bond was set at $1,000.

Sept. 8

Brandon Dominique Harvey, 19, of Palm Harbor, was arrested on the charges of VOP felony battery and flee or elude (high speed/wanton disregard). Bond was set at $10,000.

Christian Alexander White, 19, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of petit theft, providing false name to law enforcement, burglary, resisting arrest without violence, and VOP burglary. Bond was set at $5,450.

Sept. 9

James Martin Boles, 30, of Largo was arrested on the charge of obtaining property with a worthless check. Bond was set at $1,000.

Joel Kevin Young, 55, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of violation of probation homicide/manslaughter interstate.

Michael Lee Richardson, 34, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of VOP possession of a controlled substance, inhalation of harmful chemical, and retail theft. 

Sept. 10

Tina Larraine Laney, 39, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charge of failure to appear larceny.

Sept. 11

Brandon Maurice Brown, 40, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charge of grand theft. He was released on Sept. 11.

Mark Scott Cervantes, 47, of Port Richey, was arrested on the charges of DUI (third offense) and refusal to submit to testing. Bond was set at $5,150.

Johnny Ray Coley, 50, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of domestic felony battery and tampering with state witness. He was released on Sept. 13.

Lawrence Arthur Fordham, 66, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of DUI, neglect of a child, and refusal to submit to testing. He was released on Sept. 12.

Lloyd Grifford Galbraith, 49, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charges of burglary of an unoccupied structure and trespass in structure or conveyance.

Jercore Renard Jones, 32, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of driving while license was suspended or revoked with knowledge, flee/elude police officer and reckless driving with property damage. Bond was set at $5,400.

Sept. 12

Daniel Carlin Costello, 23, of St. Petersburg, was arrested on the charge of attempted murder in the first degree.

Sept. 13

Jennifer Ellen Armsey, 53, of Dunedin, was arrested on the charges of aggravated assault, battery on a law enforcement officer and two counts of simple battery. Bond was set at $11,000.

David Matthew Conners, 46, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of burglary of an unoccupied structure. Bond was set at $5,000.

Alex Michael Matthews, 23, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of fleeing and eluding a law enforcement officer. He was released on Sept. 14.

Patricia Sue Miner, 62, of Atlantic Beach, was arrested on the charge of retail theft. She was released on Sept. 13.

Esteban Ayala Tapia, 31, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charge of carrying concealed firearm. Bond was set at $5,000.

Helene Britton Urbin, 63, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charges of trafficking in hydrocodone, battery on person 65 years or older, and criminal mischief. Bond was set at $55,150.
