Police Blotter: Nov. 9-14

Nov. 9

Donald Ray Blackwell, 55, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charge of trespass in structure/conveyance (after warning) and retail theft (felony). He was released on his own recognizance on Nov. 10.

Mark Conrad Fournier, 45, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of robbery strong arm. He was awaiting trial, as of Nov. 15, on total bond of $10,000.

Quantel Emmanuel Montgomery, 19, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charges of possession of cocaine (two counts) and sale or delivery of cocaine (two counts). He was released on his own recognizance on Nov. 14.

Mark Moretta, 51, of Madeira Beach, was arrested on the charge of withholding information to obtain a prescription (ten counts). He was released on a surety bond of $10,000 as of Nov. 10.

David Glenn Wilson, 48, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of possession of diazepam, sale of diazepam, possession of dilaudids, sale of dilaudids, and providing false name or identification to law enforcement.  He was awaiting trial, as of Nov. 15, on total bond of $50,500.

Malcolm Leon Wise, 47, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charges of possession of crack cocaine within 1,000 feet of a school, unlawful use of two-way communications device, sale of cocaine, sale of crack cocaine within 1,000 feet of a school, and possession of cocaine.  He was awaiting trial, as of Nov. 15, on total bond of $95,010.

Nov. 10

Michael Robert Ferrall, 49, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of domestic battery.  He was awaiting trial, as of Nov. 15, on total bond of $15,000.

Kenneth Stephen Kemp, 34, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of driving while license was suspended or revoked habitual offender. He was released on a surety bond of $5,000 on Nov. 10.

Virginia Mary Spraits, 51, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of felony battery (one or more priors).

Nadeia Rose Thiel, 26, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of aggravated battery. She was released on a surety bond of $10,000 on Nov. 10.

Selina Beth Walston, 44, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of resisting an officer with violence and battery on a law enforcement officer. She was released on her own recognizance on Nov. 10. She was awaiting trial, as of Nov. 15, on total bond of $5,000.

Johnathan Tyler Zuccarini, 20, of Pinellas Park, was arrested on the charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, tampering with a witness, and resisting an officer without violence. He was awaiting trial, as of Nov. 15, on total bond of $10,150.

Nov. 11

James E. Murray, 38, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of burglary (conveyance-unoccupied). He was released on a surety bond of $5,000 on Nov. 12.

Nov. 12

Emanuel Louis Fate, 22, of Oldsmar was arrested on the charge of grand theft. He was released on a surety bond of $2,000 on Nov. 12.

Arthur Gary Johnson, 36, of Dunedin, was arrested on the charges of possession of oxycodone (two counts), sale of oxycodone (two counts), and failure to appear obtain property rtn. worthless check (two counts). He was awaiting trial, as of Nov. 15, on total bond of $21,000.

Brandon Joel Welker, 36, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of driving while license was suspended or revoked (third offense). He was released on a surety bond of $2,000 on Nov. 12.

Nov. 13

Richard Edward Kane, 54, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charges of failure to appear soliciting from roadway, obstructing or resisting an officer without violence, and petit theft (two priors-felony)

John Joseph Pappagallo, 50, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of possession of cocaine. He was released on Nov. 14 on a surety bond of $2,000.

Jessica Monique Short, 34, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of marijuana (felony possession) and resisting arrest without violence.  She was released on Nov. 13 on a surety bond of $5,150.

Nov. 14

Alexander Kyle Hudson, 22, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of sale or delivery 20 grams of cannabis, possession of oxycodone, possession of Xanax, possession of marijuana, sale or delivery of Xanax, sale or delivery of oxycodone. He was released on a bond of $29,150.

James Arthur Page, 28, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, leaving the scene of a crash involving injury, driving while license was suspended or revoked- habitual offender. He was released on Nov. 15 on a surety bond of $21,000.

Steven James Walker, 24, of Tarpon Springs, was arrested on the charge of theft. He was awaiting trial, as of Nov. 15, on total bond of $2,000.

Arris Tayron Williams, 31, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of robbery and a Hillsborough warrant on the charge of driving while license was suspended or revoked with knowledge. He was awaiting trial, as of Nov. 15, on total bond of $51,000.

Janet Kay Wyngarden, 51, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of possession of drugs without a prescription, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of controlled substance. She was released on a bond of $2,550 on Nov. 14.
