Police Blotter: Aug. 16-23

The following people were arrested for felonies from Aug. 16-23. The reports are based on records collected from the Largo Police Department and the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office.

Aug. 16

Nathaniel Bragg, 29, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of driving while license was suspended or revoked, DUI, and felony battery.

James Allen Day, 50, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charge of felony dating battery. He was released on Aug. 17.

Sarah Kriess, 25, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of obtaining a controlled substance by fraud. She was released on Aug. 17.

Jamie Marie Lowery, 35, of Port Richey, was arrested on the charges of grand theft and battery.  She was released to another county.

Angela Ray Ryan, 36, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of obtaining or attempting to obtain a prescription by fraud. She was released on Aug. 17.

Aug. 17

Marcus Anthony Herzog, 25, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana with intent to sell. He was released on Aug. 17.

Amber Jean Morgan, 25, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charges of possession of crack, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of alprazolam. Total bond was set at $4,150.

Lamar Marcel Roberts, 24, of St. Petersburg, was arrested on the charge of grand theft. Bond was set at $3,000.

Aug. 18

Robert William Barbella, 38, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charges of strong arm robbery, tampering with a witness, domestic battery, violating injunction/protection from domestic violence, battery, and providing a false name or identity to law enforcement officer. Bond was set at $26,000.

Matthew Wayne Bullock, 40, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of statutory rape (warrant from New York state).

Johnny Carrasquillo, 37, of Orlando, was arrested on the charges of neglect of a child and resisting arrest without violence. He was released on Aug. 18.

Aug. 19

James Allen Angell, 49, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charge of felony battery. Bond was set at $2,500.

Patrick Michael Barry, 55, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of aggravated battery and aggravated assault. Bond was set at $15,000.

Phillip Calvin Mills, 44, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of felony battery and trespassing property other than structure/conveyance. Bond was set at $2,650.

Albert Justin Reed, 29, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of sexual battery, possession of hydrocodone, possession of clonazepam, and possession of propoxyphene.  Bond was set at $50,000.

Aug. 20

Salvatore Anthony Cannarelli, 31, of Pinellas Park, was arrested on the charge of dealing in stolen property. He was released on Aug. 20.

Peter James Petrakis, 52, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charge of domestic battery by strangulation. He was released on Aug. 20.

Aug. 21

Andre Michael Blanchard, 40, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charge of grand theft auto (two counts). He was released on Aug. 22.

Melissa Shawnise, 31, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charge of grand theft (two counts). Total bond was set at $4,000.

Darrell Antoine Pridgen, 23, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of possession of oxycodone and possession of cocaine. He was released on Aug. 21.

Aug. 22

Gary Caraballo, 46, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of felony driving while license was suspended or revoked (habitual offender). He was released on Aug. 2.

David Alan Kumm, 30, of Clearwater, was arrested on the charge of trafficking in morphine sulfate. Bond was set at $100,000.

Pateeka Dulcie Murphy, 40, of Largo, was arrested on the charge of neglect of a child. Bond was set at $10,000.

Melvin James Redding, 49, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of sale of crack cocaine (two counts) and possession of crack cocaine (two counts).  Total bond was set at $24,000.

Joseph Michael Seay, 42, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of aggravated battery (victim pregnant) and trespassing and larceny related to utilities.

Aug. 23

Sarah Kriess, 25, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of obtaining a controlled substance by fraud (two counts), trafficking in hydrocodone over four grams, and trafficking in percocet over four grams. Total bond was set at $210,000.

Johnny Lee Nathan, 63, of Tarpon Springs, was arrested on the charges of sale of cocaine, resisting an officer without violence, and possession of cocaine with intent to sell. Total bond was set at $20,150.

Angela Ray Ryan, 36, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of trafficking an illegal substance (percocet) more than four grams (two counts) and obtaining a controlled substance (percocet) by fraud (two counts). Total bond was set at $210,000.

Yoshika Walker, 30, of Largo, was arrested on the charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, sale or delivery of cocaine and possession of cocaine. Bond was set at $12,150.
