The Largo puppeteer who was accused of conspiring to kidnap young children in order to torture and eat them was sentenced to 20 years federal court on Monday afternoon, WTSP 10 News reports.
U.S. District Judge James D. Whittemore exceeded federal sentencing guidelines that called for 6.5 to 8 years in prison in handing out punishment for 58-year-old Ronald William Brown, who pleaded guilty to possessing and receiving child pornography.

The most serious charges were later dropped against Ronald William Brown, 58, who pleaded guilty to charges of possessing and receiving child pornography.
Brown could be sentenced to more than 20 years in prison when he appears in federal court in Tampa on Monday, Bay News 9 reports.
