Blotter: Dec. 15-21

The following people were arrested for felonies from Dec. 15-21. The reports are based on records collected from the Largo Police Department and the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office.

Thursday, Dec. 15

Kathy Marie Bishop, 46, of Largo was arrested on the charge of grand theft auto. She was released on Dec. 16 at 7:33 p.m.

Jennifer R. Brunetti, 38, of Largo was arrested on the charge of VOP (violation of parole or probation) withholding information from practitioner.  (The booking image was pending). She was released on Dec. 21 at 3:08 p.m.

Almeatha Capehart, 45 of Largo was arrested on the charges of battery of a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest without violence. Total bail was set at $3,650. She was released on a surety bond on Dec. 20 at 10:18 p.m.

Taurean Conell Crouch, 26 of Orlando was arrested on two counts of obtaining or attempting to obtain a controlled substance by fraud,  a charge of resisting arrest without violence and obtaining or attempting to obtain promethazine with codeine by fraud. Total bail was set at $10,150. He was released on a surety bond on Dec. 16 at 11:46 p.m.

Carrie Rose Morton, 50 of Largo was arrested on the charge of petit theft (felony). Total bail was set at $500. She was released on a surety bond on Dec. 16 at 10:48 p.m.

Robert Ronald Planty, 50, of Clearwater was arrested on the charges: of posession of marijuana, burglary, disorderly conduct, and obstructing or resisting an officer without violence. The booking image was pending.

Kenneth L. Richards, 65, of Largo was arrested on charges: of posession of morphine, sale and/or delivery of oxycodone, sale and/or delivery of morphine, and possession of oxycodone. Total bail was set at $40,000.

Wayne Allen Sawvell, 18, of Seminole was arrested on a charge of home invasion robbery. Total bail was set at $50,000.

Muntay Schirron White, 20, of Clearwater was arrested on charges of: domestic battery and VOP burglary. Total bail was set at $1,000.

Friday, Dec. 16

Nicholas Egidio Cabano, 34, of Largo was arrested on the charges of: burglary of an unoccupied dwelling, burglary of an unoccupied structure, posession of a controlled substance (alprazolam), possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance (tizanidine-hydrocholride). Total bail was set at $5,150.

Douglas Walter Capen, 47, of Dunedin was arrested on a charge of grand theft (motor vehicle). Total bail was set at $5,000. He was released on a surety bond on Dec. 16 at 11:42 a.m.

Joseph Roy Kirby, 52, of Largo was arrested on a charge related to a civil case on child support according to the Largo Police Department. He was released on Dec. 19 at 7:06 p.m.

Terry Allen Lewis, 35, of Clearwater was arrested on the charges of possession of a controlled substance and driving on a revoked or suspended license. He was released on Dec. 17 at 3:33 p.m.

Erick C Minx, 28 of Pinellas Park was arrested on the charge of home invasion robbery. Total bail was set at $50,000.

Ross Bradley Shutler, 47, of Largo was arrested on the charges of felony battery and domestic felony battery. Total bail was set at $25,000.

Marquese C Teartt, 21, of Seminole was arrested on the charges of dealing in stolen property and home invasion robbery. Total bail was set at $60,000.

Vincent Steven Wade, 23, of St. Petersburg was arrested on charges of: violation of probation or parole (VOP) possession of a blank prescription, failure to appear (FTA) obstruction resistance without violence, FTA criminal mischief, VOP obtaining or attempting to obtain a controlled substance by fraud, possession of cocaine, and  FTA possession of marijuana. Total bail was set at $8,039.

Saturday, Dec. 17

Jason Donald Harrington, 35, of Largo was arrested on a charge of possession of alprazolam. Total bail was set at $1,000.

James Mitchell Keller, 28, of Gibsonton was arrested on charges of- retail theft (two prior convictions), medical telecommunication/transport fraud, and disorderly intoxication disturbance. Total bail was set at $2,700.

Gregory Lavallie, 28, of Largo was arrested on the charge of burglary with assault or battery. Total bail was set at $50,000.

Sunday, Dec. 18

Richard Grennon, 43, of Clearwater was arrested on charges of petit theft (two priors-felony), and resisting a merchant's employee. Total bail was set at $2,150.

Craig Norcross, 38, of Largo was arrested on a charge of petit theft (felony). Bail was set at $5,000.

Carola Maria Ruagutierrez, 30, of Clearwater was arrested on four counts of neglect of a child  and on an Immigration and Customs Enforcement  (ICE) hold. Total bail was set at $20,000.

Daryl Michael Taylor, 24, of Largo was arrested on a charge of child abuse (battery of a minor).  Total bail was set $5,000.

Monday, Dec. 19

Cheryl A. Conaway, 46, of Largo was arrested on charges of battery, and VOP counterfeit or possession of counterfeit payment instrument. Total bail was set at $1,000. She was released on a surety bond on Dec. 21 at 4:57 p.m.

Robert Alan Sands, 49, of Largo was arrested on two counts of domestic battery. Total bail was set at $10,000. 

Sefer Dalip Tzekas, 48, of Largo was arrested on a charge of petit theft. Total bail was set at $2,000. He was released on a cash bond on Dec. 20 at 2:29 a.m.

Tuesday, Dec. 20

James Brown, 38, of Largo was arrested on a charge of possession of cocaine. Total bail was set at $2,000.

Jonathan David Hughart, 30, of Largo was arrested on a charge of petit theft (two priors- felony). Total bail was set at $2,000. He was release on a surety bond on Dec. 21 at 3:29 a.m.

Wednesday, Dec. 21

Giana Gayle Lalios, 19 of Largo was arrested on charges of burglary of an unoccupied dwelling, VOP sale of counterfeit drug and  VOP burglary of an unoccupied structure. Total bail was set at $10,000.

Angela Marie Sparks, 33, of Largo was arrested on the charges of aggravated domestic battery with a deadly weapon and VOP DUI. 

Jessica Lauren Turner, 21, of Holiday was arrested on the charge of FTA fraudulent use of a credit card. Total bail was set at $25,013.
