I have lived in this area for some 30 years and as of the last three I found out first hand that our local Police have been practicing a level of law similar to "A means to an end law". Look it up and it will make sense. My current living circumstances for the past three years put me in an awkward position on two levels, 1) dealing with my day to day activities of living out of my auto mobile and 2)  having to be made to feel as though I was doing something out of sorts even illegal in dealing with my living circumstances in this area. Nevertheless, I have had multiple dealing with Largo Police and have spoken with hundreds of Largo's citizens regarding their experiences with the Police in Largo and other surrounding municipalities and surprisingly there were NO good story only stories of Negative encounters from both the younger population and the even our elderly citizens from our community...stories of:  threats and intimidation,  force and brutality,  treachery of the very oath of an officer. This is the Poisson I speak of, some how there is absolutely no accountability to the citizens of this community for the actions of any officer in or out of their vehicles. The cars they drive state " To serve and protect" true is the statement to self-serve and to protect there own otherwise it should state " To serve and protect the citizens of this community " no need to abbreviate something this important. 

     There is a company I recently contacted who manufactures and sells police shift surveillance equipment and I inquired about a sales position as I believe there equipment is second to none in the market at this time. I was taken back and  surprised when the sales department pointed out there are no outside sales persons and that sales must originate from the police department requesting there equipment. I e-mailed a letter back to the head of sales asking them 1) If they had any sales in the Florida area and 2) Which police departments in Florida were currently using there system...? And then I thought ... What police department would want there officers activities monitored..? Then it dawned on me how broken the Police departments are who are not monitoring there officer and how much time and money could be saved by the courts and the community as a whole by applying this most basic of equipment to officers standard apparel.
