We know a copy of this complaint was received and signed for at Bernie McCabe’s PO box #5028 on or about July 15, 2013 at 10:34 AM. So far, we have not been contacted by anyone from Bernie McCabe’s office to even ITEMIZE the items that were stolen by Henry Bradford Case, so the Sheriff can begin to protect the Creighbaums’ assets that were fraudulently stolen by Henry Bradford Case. We will be editing the content in future communications. We forgot to mention FRAUD before.

Time is of the essence…Mr. Creighbaum is now 74 years old!

Mr. Creighbaum’s advanced age, physical disabilities, and reduced capacity make it extremely unlikely for him to be EMPLOYED by any trucking company operating in Interstate Commerce. However, Mr. Creighbaum has a current physical, a valid CDL, and his health is such that Creighbaum COULD continue operating the trucking business and other assets fraudulently stolen and being held by Henry Bradford Case.

The losses we have suffered so far is ‘way in excess of HALF A MILLION DOLLARS, and continues to mount EACH DAY Henry Bradford Case is allowed to keep and make use of our assets. His latest tactic has been to prevent Mr. Creighbaum earning ANY MONEY by working for ANY of our previous clients, or to allow Mr. Creighbaum to continue selling any scrap in his area of the City. He has filed a spurious action to prevent Mr. Creighbaum from contacting ANY of our old clients who are located in the same area of the City as Bradford’s Towing, the company Henry Bradford Case works for.

To ALL Florida Law Enforcement, and especially for Pinellas Sheriff Bob Gualtieri , who’s Department seems to be cooperating with Mr. Henry Bradford Case, to continue the fraudulent financial exploitation of the Creighbaums by ignoring numerous complaints the Creighbaums lodge against Henry Bradford Case for the fraudulent theft of all their trucking assets they worked 30 years to acquire and upgrade. This is a CRIMINAL COMPLAINT made by the Creighbaums’ against Henry Bradford Case for the fraudulent THEFT of around a half a million dollars of lost income and other of their assets. We DEMAND that State Attorney Bernie McCabe and Sheriff Bob Gualtieri do their duty, arrest Mr. Henry Bradford Case and begin to protect the Creighbaums’ assets that were fraudulently stolen by Mr. Case, and that continue to be held by Mr. Henry Bradford Case at 1553 Savannah Ave, and to direct Mr Henry Bradford Case to CEASE AND DESIST from disposing of or allowing any further deterioration of the Creighbaums’ assets.

Irene Creighbaum and Chuck Creighbaum, the fraudulently exploited, should not have to spend their very limited funds on Civil Suits that should be handled by law enforcement. As Joe Roubicek states: “…http://www.exploitationelderly.com…. If you are told ‘it’s a civil matter’, you are probably being exploited by the very ones who are supposed to be helping you.

Time is of the essence…Mr. Creighbaum is now 74 years old, and will not be able to pass the DOT physical for many more years; Mr. Henry Bradford Case has used many delaying tactics against us in the past, but his latest one, a Spurious Civil Court action with a six month delay, just brings Mr. Creighbaum six months closer to his death bed.

This is a FORMAL CRIMINAL COMPLAINT for FRAUD and exploitation of the elderly made by Irene B. Creighbaum, aged 65-(1/30/1948), and Charles H. Creighbaum, aged 74 -(3/3/1939), who both reside at 4347 Manton ln, Holiday, FL, for the fraudulent exploitation of the elderly with a value in excess of $100,000.00 against the perpetrator, Henry B. Case, aged 52 –(4/23/1961), whose address is 1553 Savannah Ave, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689. 

Under Florida Statutes Section 825.103(2), exploitation of the elderly is a felony. If the value of the assets or property is $100,000 or more, it is a felony of the first degree. If it is less than $100,000 but at least $20,000, it is a felony of the second degree. If the value is below $20,000, it is a felony of the third degree.

The losses we have suffered so far is ‘way in excess of HALF A MILLION DOLLARS, and continues to mount EACH DAY Henry Bradford Case is allowed to continue this behavior.

As soon as Henry Bradford Case saw our potential contract, he knew he could fraudulently cheat these country bumpkins from Wisconsin out of everything they had.  He even operated the trucks, and business fraudulently, in Irene's name, exposing us to who knows what may have happened out there in those eleven months he held all the open titles in his office. We believe Congressman Mike BILIRAKIS, Gus's Dad ,  assisted Henry Bradford Case with the MA authorities to prevent his arrest near Boston with a load of New Orleans Museum Memorabilia along about that time.  That’s why Irene was summoned to Bradford’s office on such an emergency basis, and was pressured to sign, immediately, some blank bills of sale.  Henry Bradford Case had to have made payments to some insurance company in order for them not to cancel during the eleven months Henry Bradford Case fraudulently operated Cisco Enterprises with those open titles in his possession. He must have used Irene’s name to buy insurance. That’s another fraud on some insurance company Henry Bradford Case mis-used.

We had finally been able to assemble enough information, AND BORROWED MONEY, to file a civil suit against Henry Bradford Case, and Chuck was on Savannah Ave in readiness to point Henry B. Case out to my process server so he could be served. There was No Truth in the man, during this period either. Henry Bradford Case LIED TO THE POLICE, by telling them that he would accept service. We have affidavits from multiple process servers, and there were reports made by Deputy Charles Gilmore of the Pinellas Co. Sheriff’s Dept. Deputy Gilmore later apologetically served me with the summons for the above. 13-2942-FD.

Henry Bradford Case is doing everything he can to cover up the FACT that he fraudulently stole Cisco Enterprises and everything listed in ‘Schedule A’ from us through fraud, lies, and false statements, and Strong-Arm tactics, against a handicapped person, over a period of nearly ten years. My Wife and I continue our suffering on a daily basis from the losses we have sustained thru our association with Henry Bradford Case.  Our lifestyle has taken a terrible plunge, but it still offends Henry Bradford Case that Irene and I have anything left to our names at all.

As time goes on, our lifestyle continues it’s downward plunge, and Chuck gets closer to his deathbed, and less likely to be able to make any money trucking at all. We worked for years to modernize and get all our equipment paid for, and we were fraudulently taken in by this Thief, Henry Bradford Case, who stole it all from us thru fraud, stealth, strong-arm tactics and lies. Different story every day. I'm so ashamed of being taken in by a thief such as him. We operated for 35 years with just a phone call between a broker and us. No written contracts or anything. We were ALL MEN OF HONOR. Henry Bradford Case must have laughed his hind end off when he saw the words 'honor and integrity' in our potential contract.

Please HELP US, Bernie McCabe. We are still being exploited out of our money by having to make PAYMENTS on a predatory loan we were forced to make in order to obtain money for the FILING FEES to sue Henry Bradford Case for the recovery of some of our Schedule A items, Great Dane, 13-000377-SC, our Freightliner, 13-000380-SC, and our Ford Hardrunner, 13-000377-SC. I am now 74 years old, and have been suffering this monthly TORTURE by Henry Bradford Case for nearly ten years. I am beginning to realize that Henry Bradford Case is GOING TO WIN, because I AM GOING TO DIE, before we can even report the fraudulent theft of our livelihood to someone who can influence or force Henry Bradford Case to DO THE RIGHT THING and make restitution. We could still make a living with those items; Mr. Case cannot. Mr. Case has too many IRS and Driver Availability problems.

Please HELP US, Sheriff Bob Gualtieri. We are still being exploited out of our money by having to make PAYMENTS on a predatory loan we were forced to make in order to obtain money for the FILING FEES to sue Henry Bradford Case for all of our Schedule A items.  This complaint is NOT about that loan, this complaint is against Henry Bradford Case.  Pinellas County should return those filing fees, anyway.

I hope to be in Wisconsin during August to work a Farm for the Cranberry harvest. If I land that job, I will be earning a tiny percentage of the money I would have made with the equipment fraudulently Stolen by Henry Bradford Case.

We do not wish to accuse the Sheriff’s Dept, and Bernie McCabe of being in Mr. Case’s pocket, but things sure look suspicious from our viewpoint. Mr. Henry Bradford Case has managed thru his LIES and fraudulent STATEMENTS, and strong-arm tactics to put Mr. Creighbaum in a precarious position. We believe Mr. Henry Henry Bradford Case has been SETTING THIS UP, since 2006, when the Governor signed the ‘stand your ground’ law. We believe Mr. Henry Bradford Case made up his mind then, to SHOOT Mr. CREIGHBAUM, if he continued to come around Bradford’s Towing, which Mr. Henry Bradford Case repeatedly led us to believe HE OWNED, with hat in hand to COLLECT the monthly money Mr. Henry Bradford Case owes.

Just as I told the Kangaroo, …‘I am not a Trayvon Martin’.

I do not intend to be shot by Mr. Henry Bradford Case with hat in hand by making any further attempts to COLLECT monthly money.
