Community Update

We have lived here peacefully for over a month now, enjoying the pools and playground almost daily! The staff is very nice, and very helpful. There are rules in place to keep the park at a certain standard of living, including keeping your area neat and tidy and your home clean and repaired. I appreciate this as it makes the whole park a much better place to live compared to the stereotypical "trailer park." The grounds and lawns are maintained by the management, and all common areas are always kept in top condition. The vehicles drive slow, with speed bumps throughout, which is wonderful for peace of mind when my children are riding their bikes. I highly recommend Kings Manor for the family looking for something better than the average trailer home. :)
