Barclay Square Has New Owners

The 99,000-square-foot shopping center on Walsingham sold recently for $10.8 million, according to the Tampa Bay Business Journal.

The Barclay Square shopping center has a new owner as of Aug. 30, according to the Tampa Bay Business Journal.

South Carolina based EDENS sold the shopping center on Walsingham Road for $10.8 million. The center was 82 percent leased when the property sale closed in late August, the Journal reports.

The 99,000-square-foot shopping center has the as its anchor store. Other shops include: , , , , , and .
