Women's Self Defense Seminar once a month just for all you ladies out there to learn how to defend yourselves if ever needed.

YOU MUST REGISTER IN ADVANCE AND PAY IN ADVANCE to reserve your spot! We will also have another one on Sunday, September 15th at 11:00AM. It's only $20 per seminar. Ages 8 and up.
