Wawa Grand Opening!

Thursday April, 24 at 2p.m. Wawa is celebrating the grand opening of its newest Florida store in Largo.  The new store is located at 12750 Walsingham Road, Largo.  As a part of this special grand opening celebration, Bob Andelman, coauthor of Wawa’s first-ever book, The Wawa Way, will be on hand signing books. The new Largo Wawa will also offer free coffee for its first 10 days!                

The grand opening of Wawa's Tampa store marks the fifth Wawa store to open in 2014. Throughout the year, Wawa plans to open 45 new stores, including 25 in the State of Florida, across its service area with the latest store design prototype to bring the Wawa experience to more people than ever before. Local officials; Wawa Chief Marketing Officer, Carol Jensen; Wawa business book coauthor, Bob Andelman; Director of Store Operations, Todd Souders; Wawa Area Manager, Rich Morton; Wawa General Manager, Aaron Hope; Wawa associates and customers; and Wawa’s mascot, Wally Goose, will join together for the ceremonial ribbon cuttings.
