Pinellas County Housing Authority and Community Service Foundation Announce Free First Time Homebuyer Seminars
PCHA has partnered with the Community Service Foundation to offer free First
Time Homebuyer seminars at the Pinellas County Housing Authority’s
Central Office, located at 11479 Ulmerton Road in Largo. The two-part workshop series will be held from
6:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Tuesday, August 6, 2013, and from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm on
Tuesday, August 13, 2013.
By
attending the First Time Homebuyer seminars, participants will learn
about the available programs that can assist with down payments and closing
costs, as well as the role of realtors and how they can provide guidance to the
homebuyer.
Community Service Foundation works with Pinellas County families and individuals to provide a healthy living environment, quality of lifestyle, support services and training to put them on the road to self-sufficiency, financial stability, and self-respect. CSF provides affordable housing, educational training in homeownership and household budgeting, Fair Housing counseling, and other related housing services to Pinellas County residents.
These seminars are free and open to anyone wishing to learn more about first time homeownership.
