Pinellas County Housing Authority and Community Service Foundation Announce Free First Time Homebuyer Seminars

PCHA
has partnered with the Community Service Foundation to offer free First

Time Homebuyer
seminars at the Pinellas County Housing Authority’s

Central Office, located at 11479 Ulmerton Road in Largo.  The two-part workshop series will be held from
6:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Tuesday, August 6, 2013, and from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm on
Tuesday, August 13, 2013.

By
participating in the First Time Homebuyer seminars, participants will learn

about the available programs that can assist with down payments and closing

costs, as well as the role of realtors and how they can provide guidance to the

homebuyer.

These workshops will teach participants ways to understand the process

of pre-qualifying, locate the best
mortgage product and qualify for a mortgage, maintain a home, preserve property values, and avoid foreclosure.
