College for Kids Summer Program
For over 35 years, College for Kids has given parents exactly what they need:
- Quality instruction - led by credentialed teachers
- Affordable - discounts for families and pre-payment
- Flexible – choose one week or more
- Convenient - 9 locations to choose from; aftercare available
- Safety – security of Pinellas County school campuses
- Fun active learning - without the pressure of tests or grades
No two weeks are the same as K-5 campers learn new things without even knowing it – in an environment that has no testing, no grading and no scoring.
You can also choose to participate in the Rocketry Program classes offered throughout the summer. Campers, grouped by grade level, will learn the fundamentals of rocketry including parts of a rocket, stages of rocket flight and how “action” and “reaction” apply to space travel. They will build their own rockets culminating with launch activities at the end of each week.

This location also offers a middle school summer alternative. Middle School Camps are offered in two, four-week sessions where students will study Oceanography and the Impact of Technology on Journalism to explore possible career pathways.
