2014 Race for Sight

Be a Hero by Running in the
2014 Race for Sight
 


The 13th annual Race
for Sight is inviting runners to wear their favorite superhero attire and
sprint, run or walk through Historic Ybor City. By attending the Race for
Sight, runners will help fund research and foundation efforts that are helping
give the gift of sight to people worldwide. The Race for Sight will include a
5k run, a 1-mile walk as well as an awards ceremony with trophies going to the
top male and female competitors. Groups and corporate teams are also encouraged
to participate. Those wearing their best hero outfits will also be recognized.

WHEN: Saturday, April 5, 2014

  • Registration pick-up from 6:30 a.m. to 7:15 a.m.
  • 5K and 1-mile walk begins at 7:30 a.m.
  • Awards and celebration at 9:00 a.m.
