The Proino Breakfast Club is going into the space at 201 West Bay Drive, according to the sign.

The one-story space is about 5,605 square-foot, according to the Pinellas County Property Appraiser's website.
The building is located in the West Bay Drive community redevelopment area. The city works to continue to improve its traditional downtown area. The city's plan is outlined on its website.
