New Construction Homes Available in Pinellas County

Hey Real Estate fans. There has been a slight lull in the new construction market and great opportunities are to be had. There are several builders/developers in the market place and offering incentives to purchase your next home. From down payment/closing costs assistance to full upgrade packages to Buyer Buy Back programs, take advantage of these opportunities before pricing and interest rates escalate.

Did you know that you can hire a professional realtor to negotiate on your behalf with the builder?

It's true! A real estate agent protects your interests and pocket book by helping you negotiate the best opportunities available. Builders really like realtors and aggressively market to us because we have the buyers they want. And they pay the realtor commission!

Builders tell us all of their incentive deals and the nitty gritty on things. When you deal with a sales person onsite, they are protecting only one person, and that's the builder!

There are developments going on in Largo, Pinellas Park, St. Petersburg, Palm Harbor, Safety Harbor, Seminole and a majority of communities around Pinellas. From condos to castles, we can help you find the right builder and construction company for you! Also remember, just because its not on the MLS doesn't mean you can't find it. Not all construction companies market their homes on the Multiple Listing Service.  Call me for a list of communities and builders that fit your needs!
