Zombies' 50th Anniversary North American Tour Starts in Largo
Concert tickets go on sale June 14.
The Zombies, featuring Colin Blunstone and Rod Argent will play live at the on Friday, July 27 at 8 p.m.
The local show is the first of only 11 shows in North America for the group's 50th Anniversary Tour. It will also be the only show in Florida.
The Zombies, a classic rock group, were the second British group following the Beatles to score a number one hit in America.
The band ruled the 1960s with hit singles such as She's Not There and Tell Her No. Their 1968 album, "Odyssey and Oracle" is ranked 80th on Rolling Stone magazine's list of 500 Greatest Albums of All Time.

These classic 1960s legends are back on the road to mark the 50th anniversary of their first getting together in England in 1961.
Tickets will go on sale Thursday, June 14 at 10 a.m. Tickets are $49 upper rows and sides, $54 middle rows, and $59 VIP. Tickets can be purchased online at LargoArts.com or by calling (727)587-6793.
