On Sunday October 7, 2012, Showtime Speedway is sponsering a benefit or local 501c3 animal rescues and shelters at the 1st Annual Racing4Rescues. We will raise much needed funds and donations that will enable them to continue saving lives and give medical treatment of the animals that are rescued. The event will take place at the newly opened Showtime Speedway, located at 4550 Ulmerton Road in Clearwater, Florida.
Racing4Rescues realizes there is an entire community of animal lovers! This family event will host a variety of activities including but not limited to a Silent Auction, Raffles, Ask the Vet, K-9 Demonstrations, Meet & Greet Local Race Car Drivers, Mike DeWitt and his Jet Car, Classic Car Show by Larry Clem featuring over 75 cars, Cutest Doggie Contest, Pet-Related Vendors, Special Activities for the Kids, Music by Treble Hook, Different Foods from the Local Venues and much, much more! We have over 27 local shelters and 501c3 rescues that will have many dogs and cats available for adoption, also. In today’s economy, rescues struggle to meet the needs of the growing number of homeless animals, but you can help!
Racing4Rescues would like to invite you to be a part of this exciting event!
For every bottle of Crystal Springs Water sold at the event, all proceeds will go to the attending rescues.
Parking is $2.00 which all proceeds will got to the attending rescues.
Rescues rely on donations in order to save lives, as a sponsor, you will help save lives, too! Please bring a donated item to drop off at our Pet Donation Booth.
