Zeke Seeks a Place to Stay and Play

Meet Zeke and friends at Pinellas Animal Services.

Do you like to play with toys? So does Zeke (#290112). This 18 month old pit bull terrier mix tips the scales at 40 pounds and is happier than a kindergartener at a toy store when you give him his playthings. Just throw him a few toys, and get ready for the fun to begin!

If you bring this article with you to Animal Services, Zeke can be yours for the low fee of $25.  And, remember, every single one of the pets offered for adoption at Animal Services are spayed or neutered and have all of their required shots. And, this week, we are bursting at the seams with many adorable and adoptable pets to choose from!

Halloween is just a few weeks away. While you may be enjoying the tricks and treats, it’s important to remember your pet’s health and safety. Chocolate and certain sweeteners are extremely dangerous to dogs and cats. Some pets just don’t want to be dressed up, so be sure your pet is up for a costume if you go that route. And, all of those costumed, unfamiliar people coming to your door can cause a lot of anxiety in pets. Be sure they have a safe, quiet place to hide during the prime trick or treating hours.
