Tattoo You: Merchant Gets Inked to Show Largo Love

Wandering Star Gallery owner Tanya Pistillo recently got a tattoo that demonstrates her love for Largo.

What would you do to show love for your community?

Volunteer at a fundraiser? Patronize a local business? Be a team mom or a coach?

Wandering Star Gallery owner Tanya Pistillo took her love one step further - she got a tattoo depicting a nautical star with the word 'Largo' and her shop's map coordinates on her forearm.

"I planned on getting a new tattoo after I opened the gallery, and I always wanted a nautical star," Pistillo told Patch.

"I added the city name and the coordinates because this is where my heart and soul is. It's who I am and what I love."

Pistillo got the ink at local parlor Mouse's Sunset Tattoos on East Bay Drive.

She said the artist is offering discounts to anyone who wants to show their love for their city.

"Rob told me he was giving specials for people who mention the gallery and are looking to show their Largo love," she said.

She also hinted that she's currently designing a tat for a prominent Largo citizen.

"All sorts of people want to show their love for Largo!"
