Halloween Pet Precautions

Halloween is just a few weeks away. While you may be enjoying the tricks and treats, it’s important to remember your pet’s health and safety. Chocolate and certain sweeteners are extremely dangerous to dogs and cats. Also some pets don’t want to be dressed up, so be sure your pet is up for a costume if you go that route. All of those costumed and unfamiliar people coming to your door can cause your pets to have a lot of anxiety. Be sure they have a safe, quiet place to hide during the prime trick or treating hours.
