Meet Carter one-year-old mix that appears to be part hound, part Sharpei. He weights 44 pounds. He is very cuddly and loves his people. He is young and has a lot of play in him, but he is also very obedient. Carter listens to his handlers very well and does not pull much on his leash. Carter is just the perfect pet for someone looking for a younger dog that is smart and trainable.
