Crews worked in the rain shaping and molding the contours of what will be Largo's skatepark Thursday.
The 7,000 square foot facility is expected to open Sept. 21 officials working on the project said.
When complete it will feature a bowl, mini ramp, rails and other skate obstacles.
The park is designed for all ages and skill levels, said Tony Misiano, owner of Misiano Construction, the group building the concrete park.
"Everything in here is totally symmetrical," Misiano said.
